What I Do

I’m here to help you love your home again.

As an expert in designing, expanding, and transforming homes in Denver and along the Front Range, I can help you realize your vision for your home, plus navigate the sometimes overwhelming process of getting from a sketch to a building permit.

Let’s adapt your house for the way you live. Sometimes the answer is a brand new home designed just for you. Other times, it is a full-blown addition or renovation that starts with taking the existing structure down to the studs. And sometimes it’s as simple as shifting some walls or swapping a window for a door. I work with you on the journey from the house you have to the house you dream of.

I understand working with smaller lots, in tight spaces, and with the higher level of permitting required by Denver and Metro Area communities. Zoning is a language I speak fluently. My ultimate job is to listen, come up with solutions you haven’t thought of, and work with you to match style, materials, and budget to your needs.

Speaking of finances, collaboration with your contractor is also a key part of my process: Together we’ll ensure vision, budget, and timeline are all aligned to give you the smoothest possible experience and prevent surprises.

Jeff was tremendously helpful through the zoning and permitting process — the commissioners clearly appreciated his calm and professional presentation. We are very happy with our new space.

Who I am

I’m a fully licensed Colorado Architect, member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and Certified Passive House Designer. I started my career designing the spaces where people work. After working at some of Denver’s most highly-respected firms, I decided to shift my focus to the spaces that people in Denver and the Front Range call home.

I am passionate about creating homes that my clients love coming home to every day. After all, the spaces we inhabit have an enormous effect on our overall health and happiness.

Get past the “I wish we could stage” and be able to see point Z from point A. The only thing standing between you and a completed project that brings you joy is hiring the right architect for the job.
